Blogmas Day 17 // The Holly Jolly Holiday Tag

Well Christmas is slowly creeping up on us! Today marks exactly a week until Christmas Eve and I’m starting to get into the festive mood. Especially with being busy with work, I’m excited for the break to spend time with my family. I’m currently enjoying festive tags this year, here is The Holly Jolly Holiday Tag.

Do you start your Christmas shopping on Black Friday or wait until last minute?

I normally start around December 1^st, I don’t like being too early and I hate leaving things to the last minute.

If you could be in any Christmas movie what would it be?

I would love to be in The Nightmare Before Christmas, I love Tim Burton’s style and I adore his characters.

Which do you like better: Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

Christmas Day! Just so much food and of course, opening presents.

When does your family put up your Christmas tree and who decorates it?

We normally put it up the beginning of December. Along with my mum being the one who decorates it, I always remember coming home from school and it would be up and decorated!

White lights or coloured lights?

White lights! They look prettier than coloured lights! Along with fitting more into my Christmas theme.

Are you guilty of peeking at your presents or do you like surprise?

When I was younger yes, I used to always peak, now I can’t though as I always know what I’m getting…

Would you rather live in a gingerbread house or Santa’s Workshop?

Santa’s Workshop! I hate gingerbread! The elves are pretty cute, would love to work alongside them.

Tell us your Christmas Eve traditions!

We normally start making some of the food for Christmas Day, along with being able to open one of our small presents!

If you could be under the mistletoe with anyone, who would it be?

Well, it would have to be my other half! We haven’t done this cheesy thing yet!

What tops your tree?

When I was younger it used to be whatever me or my sisters made at school, now though it’s a Christmas Star.
