I adore checking out what’s inside people’s bag, in my time as a blogger I have never shared what’s in my own bag. I thought with the new season I should share something new! I always take a bag with me whenever I go out, whether that’s a small clutch bag or a backpack. I’m always changing up my bag but thankfully recently I’ve stuck with a leather backpack. Brown is normally not my colour but I fell in love.
I have found that it still goes with most of my outfits. It’s quite a small backpack but it fits everything perfectly and really, I don’t take that much out with me. A lot of the things I have within my bag, don’t really change season to season if I’m honest. I always try to keep myself prepared for anything, I try and have the essentials with me as you never know when you’ll need them!
Here’s what’s in my bag for autumn time.
Samsung Galaxy S9 | I have always been a fan of Samsung, that’s why I have stayed with them for the past five years. You won’t be getting me to change to Apple any time soon! Similar to most people my age, well pretty much anyone now, my phone is always with me. Couldn’t do this post without featuring!
2018 Diary & Pen | Even though I have my phone, I’ve never been one to update my calendar there, that’s why I still carry a diary with me. As you can see, it’s a bit worse for wear but I have had it since January! Can you believe 2018 is nearly over!? With my diary in my backpack, I can always make sure I don’t double book. This one was from Paperchase, they always kill it with their stationery.
Purse | I am very picky with my purse, everything has to be in a certain place with everything having its own home. I have had this purse for a good year and it still looks new! I purchased this in Primark who always do some great items for great prices. This is also where all my loyalty cards live, as you can see, I’ve got just a few! I know most shops now have an app for cards but they never seem to work well.
Bag for Life | I am always forgetting to take a Bag for Life with me, sometimes I think that I won’t purchase anything but then I walk out with a couple of items! By having a Bag for Life in my backpack, hopefully, I’ll never be in the position of purchasing plastic bags. One step at a time to helping the environment. I just couldn’t help myself and pick up this pug in Christmas jumper bag. How adorable!?
Deodorant | You never know when you’ll need a little pick me up! It’s getting colder outside which means layering then in return means you could get hotter quicker. When you’re Christmas shopping you don’t want to be sweating like a pig, that’s not a pretty look. It’s always good to freshen yourself up.
Coco Calming Face Mist | This was something that I used during most of the Summer, I’m not sure how much I’ll use it now but similar to deodorant it’s good to freshen yourself up. With this being coconut, it does give me a sense of Summer and holiday so I suppose that’s a plus.
Pumpkin Vanilla Hand Cream |
Bronnley Crimson Cloud | I adore anything that’s travel size this Bronnley rollerball is perfect! In some instances, you might not be able to spray but with a rollerball, you can still apply. Similar to my Coco Calming Face Mist this is very much a Summer fragrance as it’s a light Fruity-Floral scent but I still adore it! It gives me a little pick me up.
Dr.PAWPAW Original Balm | During the colder months, I find my lips get crazy dry! I’m always changing up my lip balm but at the moment I’m loving the Original Balm from Dr.PAWPAW. I’ve found that this works really well to combat chapped and dry lips. I also love how you can use this on your nails to give your cuticles a pick me up.
I would be here for so much longer if I was to list out ALL my essentials so I thought I would give you a quick overview. Some of the above change throughout the year, the fragrances and scents change but for my essentials, they stay the same. For me, the essentials for any bag are Tissues, Soothers, Plasters, Lens Wipes, Mints, Hairbands and Grips. You never know when you’re going to need any of these items, during the colder seasons I do find myself reaching towards Tissues and Soothers.
I hope you have enjoyed this what’s in my backpack post.
