Goodbye March, Hello April!
How was your March? I hope you had a lovely start to Spring. Today I am going to be reflecting on the Goals I set myself at the beginning of March. Then creating new Goals for the upcoming month of April. Creating new Goals each month helps you to stay on top of what you want to achieve for the year. There’s something about it that makes me more determined to achieve them.
500 Blog Followers | Done! I’m so proud of myself, I swear I’ve been targeting 500 blog followers for a while now. Thank-you to everyone who has supported me! I am so grateful to you all. Onwards and upwards to the next milestone.
Reach 700 Views | Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach 700 views in March. I have done better than February but it wasn’t good enough. I’m going to push myself further in April, I am really hopeful of a good month.
Reach 18k Overall Views | Done! I have reached 10k overall views, I am so thankful to everyone. Thank-you for supporting me and being here through everything. This really motivates me that I’ll reach 20k views in 2019, who knows, I could even go further!
Walk 10 Miles | Done! I have walked a grand total of 13.65 miles. That definitely seems a lot over 31 days, I’m so proud of myself because these are extra walks. I am slowly starting to feel better about myself.
Read 2 Books | Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to read one book this morning and it was a short comic book! I really need to up my reading game if I want to achieve my 2019 Goodreads Reading Challenge.
Spend More Time Outside | Done! With Spring finally here, I’ve been able to explore and just get out more. I hate doing nothing so I have tried to keep myself busy. Also by taking regular walks to keep up my exercise I have been outside more.
Let’s get to my April Goals!
Read 2 Books | I’m going to keep aiming for two books a month, this way it will help with my Goodreads 2019 Reading Challenge. I am slacking at the moment but with traveling on the cards for the next couple of months, I’m sure I’ll step up my reading game.
Walk 15 Miles | I smashed my target in February and March so I’m going to push myself further in April. I would love to walk a total of 15 miles, I can definitely do this if I put my mind to it. Also it’s helping me to feel better about myself.
Have a Decluttering Session | Spring means a decluttering and tidy out, now is a very good time to see what I’ve got and how I can declutter. I definitely need to review what is still at my parents! I haven’t needed anything for nearly two years…
Have One Date Night | Myself and Yasmine have been really busy recently and we’ve put all of our money into saving for a mortgage. We both want to change this, I would love to have at least one date night. Not just in April but moving forward.
Plan May Content | Some months I have been able to plan and sometimes even write the upcoming posts. As I’ve been out and about on the weekend, I am a little behind on things! I want to step this up and plan May content, maybe even writing a couple of posts.
