Around this time last year, I shared my Must-See Movies of 2019. It’s no secret that I’m a massive film buff! I’m sure at least two Monthly Favourites last year featured a movie I loved. There’s nothing better than visiting the cinema with a loved one. 2019 was a great year for movies, some of my favourites were Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Ford v Ferrari and Toy Story 4, they really killed it with all the movies.
Just a quick update, I was able to watch all eight movies I added to my Must-See Movies of 2019. I think that’s pretty good going if I say so myself! There were even some extra ones that at the beginning of the year I didn’t even know were coming out, that’s right, I’m looking at you The Joker. Every month was a new movie which was great as I was able to escape from the real world.
For 2020, I thought I would do the same and share with you my Must-See Movies of 2020. There is a good mixture of films coming out this year, including some great sequels and prequels. I don’t think I’ll be able to keep up! Even if I’m not able to watch them all in the cinema, I’m sure I can watch them at home. I’ve had to control myself and limit this list to six, if I went anymore, we would be here for weeks.
In no particular order, here are my Must-See Movies of 2020:
1. Mulan
2. Birds of Prey
3. Black Widow
4. The Kings Man
5. Fast & Furious 9
6. Wonder Woman 1984
By far my favourite movie hitting the cinema this year is Fast & Furious 9, I have loved this franchise since day one! Also, it’s one that both Yasmine and myself adore so it’s perfect for date night. I know some people feel they should end it, but I’m enjoying where they’re taking the franchise. 2020 should be a cracking year for movies, I’m very excited to go on this journey. Let’s see how many I can watch!
Thank-you for reading. What is your Must-See Movie of 2020?

I cannot wait for Mulan! I’m a little disappointed that there isn’t going to be all the songs but I understand it’s going to be closer to the real story and I’m excited for that!
