Goodbye January! Hello February!
I hope you’ve had a lovely start to February. As it’s the beginning of a new month, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the Goals I set myself at the beginning of January. Then create new Goals for February, I’m really excited about the upcoming month. It’s a good mixture of a month, I am though, very glad January is finally over! As mentioned in my Monthly Favourites, January felt like it went on forever.

It’s great to review and reflect each month, sometimes you even forget what you’ve done. January was a good month, I’m very happy and excited to share with you my Favourites! Now onwards to February and hopefully another good month.
Before I set myself some new Goals for February, let’s reflect on my January Goals!
Stick to the content calendar and post constantly | OK there was one slip up in January BUT I think that’s pretty good going. I’ve gone from nothing in September and October to a couple in November and December then to 9 posts in January. My calendar is still looking good for February so I’m hoping to continue this!
Switch off from work outside of hours | Hmm, let’s be honest, I haven’t completely switched off! But I’ve switched off a little bit and I’m feeling really good about myself. I hope this continues and I actually completely switch off from work. I’ll let you know how I get on.
Get back to a good work/life routine | Done! It’s a great feeling to get back into a routine. Don’t get me wrong, I love having chill days but having a routine is a must. I’m also glad I got back into the routine pretty quickly! I definitely needed that as January has been a busy month at work.
Make plans/goals for 2020 | Yup, done! My calendar is looking pretty full now, I don’t think I’ve got one weekend free in the Summer. I suppose that will keep me out of trouble, there are some events that I am very much looking forward to.
Continue to lose weight | Done! OK it’s not as much as I would have liked but, I have lost weight which is better than putting it on. Now to continue pushing myself to continue losing weight each month. February is going to be an interesting one seeing as I’m home this week. I am though going to change this up and start measuring myself and weighing because I might see more changes there.
Declutter the bedroom | Done! With the quiet weekends, I have been able to have a weekend of decluttering. It is such a good feeling afterwards! It’s crazy just how much can build up, also you need to make sure everything has a home. Thanks to decluttering, I have been able to put all my Christmas decorations under the bed.

- Get my ring cleaned
- Continue posting ahead
- Do my skincare routine every night
- Switch off from work outside of hours
