Goodbye March! Hello April!
I hope you’ve had a lovely start to April. As it’s the beginning of a new month, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the Goals I set myself at the beginning of March. Then create new Goals for April, which is going to be an odd month! I love setting new Goals, they get you excited for the upcoming month.
If you want to see what I got up to in March, I have shared my adventures in my Monthly Favourites // March 2020 here. It’s great to review and reflect each month, sometimes you even forget what you’ve done. March was a OK month, the world is a strange one at the moment. I don’t think any of us know if we’re coming or going.
Before I set myself some new Goals for April, let’s reflect on my March Goals!
Book review post | Tick and tick! I treated you this month as I posted not one but two review posts. One for Passage and two for Never Date a Siren, two books I fell in love with! I’m hopeful I can continue this progress in April, I’m currently on track with my 2020 Goodreads Reading Challenge which is a bonus.
Gym x3 per week | I was doing pretty well with this one but then the Gym closed… Apart from the last two weeks of March, I was able to complete two Gym sessions per week. I’m still very proud of myself with this achievement. Although the last two weeks I have been walking at least one mile each day to keep myself active.
Continue posting ahead | Done! I would say posting one week ahead is pretty good going. I haven’t been like this in a while so I’m pretty proud of myself. I have countless ideas for April so let’s see what this month is like!
Attend MCM Comic Con | No, unfortunately not. With this thing that shall not be named going around, MCM Comic Con was cancelled… I was very disappointed but I understand why. I was so looking forward to going, it’s my favourite show of the year.
Spend less money, only buy what I need | Done! I’ve finished March with more money than I normally would do. I think that’s more of a fact that I haven’t been able to go anywhere. I can’t think of one thing that I brought in March that I didn’t actually need! Let’s see what April has in store.
Let’s get to my April Goals!
- Keep active
- Read x2 books
- Continue posting ahead
- Increase pageviews from March
- Post more consistently to Instagram
There we go, five Goals for April. Stay tuned to see how I get on with them. Will I achieve them all in April? Find out when I reflect on my April Goals in my Monthly Goals // May 2020.
Thank-you for reading. What is the one thing you would love to
achieve this month? Let me know in the comment!
