About

Hello, I’m Gemma Bray – an twenty-one year old blogger from Plymouth, Devon.

I have been blogging since October of last year. I mainly blog about Formula 1, Lifestyle and Beauty, along with documenting special moments in my life.

I am a third-year Journalism student at the University of St Mark and St John. Along with my studies, I am a part-time sales assistant at SportsDirect.

I also contribute regularly to an online motorsports website called The Checkered Flag. This is an amazing opportunity for me as one day I hope to be a motorsports Journalist.

I really hope you enjoy browsing my blog. Please feel free to get in contact with me through my social media platforms or leave me a comment below!

  1. Hey Gemma :)) So glad I happened to find your blog! I think I could learn a lot from you. I too hope to evolve my career with my blog & other efforts, & I am so inspired by your goal of being a journalist for the field that you love so much. I also just started a job which focuses more on sales than any other job I’ve had before so we sort of have that in common too :)) Any tips for a person in sales OR someone trying to freelance in a subject they love? Thanks so much & Happy 2017!

    1. Hello! Thank you, these are such kind words! I’m not very good with giving out tips about things I’ve done, I would probably just say never give up. No matter how many boundaries that seem to be in your way, there’s always a way around them. Especially for Freelance it’s not as easy as it once was, it’s all about the experience aswell, just writing on a blog shows future employers that you write in your spare time
