Fancy a Brew? Shibui Tea* Review

[AD GIFTED]

I love a good old fashioned cup of tea, the standard is alright but the growing trend of herbal and fruit tea is truly amazing. I’m always keen to try new flavours and when you add fruit to the mix, it really livens up the mood. Tea can also be healthy with added vitamins to help you stay on your A game. I recently fell in love with T plus, the only tea to deliver you vitamins in one super little teabag.

Recently Shibui Tea gifted me a few flavours from their pyramid bag range to try and I’m pleased to say it’s time for me to share my thoughts and feelings. But first, who are Shibui Tea?

Stay on that wellness kick with T Plus

During the cold, Winter months, I drink quite a lot of hot drinks to keep myself warm, there’s nothing better than waking up to a steaming, hot coffee or having a cup of hot chocolate before jumping into bed. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been introduced to a new kind of tea, an immune and wellness-boosting teas from T Plus.

I don’t personally watch much television, one of the only shows I love watching is Dragons’ Den. I love being introduced to new products that people have created themselves, some people are very creative and it’s amazing to watch them pitching to the five Dragons. Last month, I came across T Plus, thanks to their journey to the Den.

From the moment I was introduced to the T Plus range, I knew I had to get my hands on them to become a little bit healthier. These aren’t just any teas, T Plus has introduced the benefits of a vitamin supplement, helping everyone to get the right goodness they need when they need it most.

Treat Your Mum to a bakerdays Letterbox Cake

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and didn’t forget what yesterday was! Yes, that’s right, I’m talking about Mother’s Day, we all try our hardest to make this day special for that Mum figure in our lives. From taking them out to afternoon tea or an evening meal, or even something as simple as flowers and chocolates. Our Mum’s deserve a special day, I surprised my Mum with a Letterbox Cake from bakerdays.

This is actually the first Mother’s Day that I’ve not been with my Mum, I was still able to celebrate it with her as she came down from Nuneaton, along with my Dad and sisters. We didn’t do much to celebrate, I gave her a collection of presents as well as her card, she’s also received some gorgeous flowers! She was absolutely over the moon with the Letterbox Cake as well, asking me twenty questions about the company behind it.

Blogmas Day 12 // Gingerbread House Day

One thing that I love doing around this time of year, is decorating a Gingerbread House! When I found out Tuesday 12 December was Gingerbread House Day, I just had to decorate a Gingerbread House. I love doing this every year, every year I try and decorate some form of House, last year I decorated a Rocky Road House. Which for someone who doesn’t like Gingerbread was perfect.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a Rocky Road House, so I had to go with the traditional Gingerbread House. Oh well, it will keep Yasmine happy! Making and decorating a Gingerbread House is seen as a Christmas tradition, it’s a great way of getting the kids together and having fun. It’s interesting watching them decorate a house, using their imagination.

Blogmas Day 10 // Winter Hot Chocolate Favourites

With nights getting colder and darker, I love sitting down with a hot chocolate and a movie cuddled up with the partner. I swear I drink more hot chocolate during the colder months, it’s just the perfect drink! I hardly drink hot chocolate throughout the year until winter comes around, it’s just a thing for me.

It’s definitely the perfect time on this cold, winters night to sit down with a hot chocolate and watch your favourite Christmas movie. I know that’s what I’m doing! I thought I would share with you some of my hot chocolate favourites. There’s so many out there to chose from, but there’s a few I keep going back to each time.

This post is a little special, yesterday was my 22 Birthday! Meaning a lot of cake was consumed, today relates to my birthday as it’s Cake Day. Who knew there was such a thing!? This continues on from my monthly National Day post, I love doing these as I’ve found some interesting days throughout the year. There are many different ways you can celebrate Cake Day.

There are three different flavours you can choose from: Banana and Choc Chip, Double Chocolate & Lemon and Poppy Seed. All three sound amazing and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them.
