Goodbye March! Hello April!

I hope you’ve had a lovely start to April. As it’s the beginning of a new month, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the Goals I set myself at the beginning of March. Then create new Goals for April, which is going to be an odd month! I love setting new Goals, they get you excited for the upcoming month.

It’s great to review and reflect each month, sometimes you even forget what you’ve done. March was a OK month, the world is a strange one at the moment. I don’t think any of us know if we’re coming or going.

Before I set myself some new Goals for April, let’s reflect on my March Goals!

Looking Back on 2019: My Year in Review

Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020!

Not only is it a New Year but it’s also a new decade! I hope you had a lovely start to January, it’s one of my favourite months of the year as it’s perfect for reviewing what happened and how you can improve. Also, it’s really quiet! I love this as I can wind down before the excitement of the Summer which is one of the fast pace times of the year. Also, I’m able to catch up on my blogging game!

Before we move forward to 2020, I thought it would be good to look back on 2019 and review my favourite moments. I know I shared my Monthly Favourites, well most months, so really it’s just one big summary of all those months. I would be here forever if I shared EVERYTHING. So I’ll only be sharing one or two special moments from the month. Some months this was hard as soo much happened!

Monthly Goals // November 2019

Goodbye October, Hello November!

I hope you’ve had a lovely start to November. I know I’ve been away for a while so I haven’t got any Goals to reflect on from the previous month. I will be creating new Goals for November. I’m really excited about the upcoming month. It’s my birthday month! I’m going to keep going on about it until the day after my birthday. I’m always really excited about my birthday, I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Now as mentioned above, I do not have October Goals to reflect on so I’m going straight into setting Goals for November. It’s going to be a good month and my Goals will reflect that. It’s primarily about events that are planned for the month, there are just a couple going on! Fingers crossed that I’ll be able to achieve all these Goals and continue to set them each month.

MyGeekBox MCM Comic Con Exclusive

Here we are, the second geeky goodness post in last than a week! Today I am sharing with you MyGeekBox, a monthly themed box full of geeky goodness, of course, as the name suggests. This was the second box I picked up at MCM Comic Con back in March when I visited Birmingham NEC. I’m not going to go into too much detail here, but if you are interested, then head over here for more.

It’s no surprise I am a massive geek! I definitely need to add more of this content to An Ocean Glimmer. Back in March, I visited Birmingham NEC for the second time in six months to attend MCM Comic Con Birmingham 2019. I fell in love with it so much in November, I just had to go again! I spoke about this in my Monthly Favourites for March 2019, head over here for more.

Of course, I couldn’t go to Comic Con without picking up a couple of items! Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sharing a couple of posts. If you love geeky goodness, then stay tuned. Today, I’ll be introducing you to ZBOX, a monthly themed box, filled to the brim with memorabilia. I couldn’t resist picking up this box! I’ve heard such good things about them, it also always feels like Christmas when you open one.

Monthly Favourites // March 2019

Hello there April!

I am so excited for the upcoming month. I have some great things planned, but before we can move forward to the new month, now is a great time to reflect on the previous month. I love doing this by sharing my Monthly Favourites with you! It’s time to reflect on what happened in March. It’s not until the end of the month that I realised exactly what I’ve been up to and the products I’ve been loving.

12 Days of Blogmas #3 // December Goals

I’m really happy for December to be here as it’s finally Christmas! I’m sure some people are sick of Christmas already with shops having decorations up since September but I always start from the first of December. I have a couple of exciting things coming up but primarily I cannot wait to travel back home to Plymouth. It’s going to be strange not celebrating Christmas with my family.

Today I am going to be reflecting on the Goals I set myself at the beginning of November. I love reflecting and creating new Goals each month, there’s something about it that makes me more determined to achieve them. With Christmas around the corner, I’m excited for the upcoming month. Also, a few of my Goals for December are blogging based.
