June Favourites

It’s officially less than six months to Christmas, half of the year has gone past and it’s been a crazy one! I don’t think I’ve stopped this month, there’s always been something going on. I thought I would share with you what I’ve been loving over the course of June, as well as what I’ve been up to, I didn’t realise how much I’ve done until putting this post together.

First up, I was very kindly invited to the wedding of Jodie and Adam, I have worked with Jodie since I started at Sports Direct four years ago and we’ve always got along soo well. When I received the invite I was very honoured and couldn’t wait, especially with it being at Dartmoor Zoo! Perfect place for a wedding. I’ve never mingled with my colleagues outside of work, so it was nice especially with me moving this month.

Work In Progress // Silverstone, Derren Brown and Our Final Goodbyes

Hey Guys

Here it is, the end of Word In Progress, it’s week four, end of June and it’s completed. Me and my friend Corinne Bygrave from Organic By Nerve have loved every minute of producing this podcasts. We are sad to see the end.

The theme of this weeks podcast is Summer 2016! We decided to tell you five different things we are looking forward to doing throughout our Summer. Some of these are pretty basic and normal, whereas the others are more specific to our unique tastes.

So without further adieu, here is week four of our podcast series: Work In Progress.

Thank you again for listening, we do hope you’ve enjoyed our podcasts! It’s not quite over yet as we’ve decided to produce a BONUS Podcast for next week. This will be a blooper reel from the past four weeks that we’ve been recording.

I would like to say a massive thank-you again to everyone who has been listening to our podcasts, we have really enjoyed producing them for you. Maybe in the future we might decide to produce some odd podcasts in relationship to anything that’s happening.

Work In Progress // Blogging 101

Hey Guys

I’m pleased to say we’ve been at it again! Its been a week since me and my friend Corinne Bygrave from Organic By Nerve released our last podcast. Now I’m excited to say there’s another!

The theme of this weeks podcast is Blogging 101! We decided to answer your questions from Facebook and Twitter about Blogging. We received quite a few, so we thank-you as you made our podcast. Without questions we probably would have spoken for hours about nothing relevant! It was interesting to see exactly what you want to know when it comes to Blogging, as sometimes people make it out to be the easiest thing to achieve.

So without further adieu, here is week three of our podcast series: Work In Progress.

Thank you again for listening, we do hope you’re enjoying our podcasts! The topic of our next podcast is Kick off Summer, we won’t give too much away as we want this to be a special one! So tune in Friday 1 July, to get ready for Summer 2016.

I would like to say a massive thank-you again to everyone who gave us questions to answer. We hope we answered your questions but if not or you have more, you can speak to us either on my twitter HERE or Corinne’s HERE.

Work In Progress // Yelling, Remixes and Get A Shoutout Next Week!

Hey Guys

Can you believe! Its been a week since me and my friend Corinne Bygrave from Organic By Nerve released our first podcast. Now I’m excited to say we’ve produced another because we loved it so much!

The theme of this weeks podcast is Spotify! We decided to put together a playlist of some of our favourite songs to show you our music taste. We had great fun deciding what songs to include because as some of you may know we are both big music lovers. So it wasn’t easy to chose five songs to showcase to you.

So without further adieu, here is week two of our podcast series: Work In Progress.

Don’t forget, as we mentioned in the podcast, here is the playlist for you to check out and have a list to!

Thank you again for listening, we do hope you’re enjoying our podcasts! The topic of our next podcast is Guide to Blogging, so if you’re planning on starting your own blog but don’t know how or you’re stuck for ideas, we’ve got you covered.

Drop us your questions and tips either in the comments below or you can tweet me your questions here!

Work In Progress // Introductions, Sound & WIN Tickets To Dartmoor Zoo

I have a big announcement to make!

With my friend Corinne Bygrave from Organic By Nerve, we are producing a weekly podcast. We’ve thought about creating a podcast using the equipment at our university for sometime now, but now it has actually happened! We had a lot of fun planning these podcasts and even more fun recording them.

The theme of this weeks podcast is our magazine, Sound. We put it together with our fellow students at university and it’s now all over Plymouth! In this weeks podcast we take you through the process of putting the magazine together, alongside playing some summer tunes, discussing Instagram captions and how you can win a family ticket to Dartmoor Zoo.

So without further adieu, here is week one of our podcast series: Work In Progress.

If you loved what you heard, and wish that you could binge-listen (if that’s a thing) to our podcasts, then have no fear, for a brand new podcast will be coming next Friday 17 June! The topic of our next podcast is set to be Spotify Playlists, so if you’re a big fan of music, particularly a mix of any music from the 70’s, all the way up to current tunes, we’ve got you covered.
