During the cold, Winter months, I drink quite a lot of hot drinks to keep myself warm, there’s nothing better than waking up to a steaming, hot coffee or having a cup of hot chocolate before jumping into bed. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been introduced to a new kind of tea, an immune and wellness-boosting teas from T Plus.
I don’t personally watch much television, one of the only shows I love watching is Dragons’ Den. I love being introduced to new products that people have created themselves, some people are very creative and it’s amazing to watch them pitching to the five Dragons. Last month, I came across T Plus, thanks to their journey to the Den.
From the moment I was introduced to the T Plus range, I knew I had to get my hands on them to become a little bit healthier. These aren’t just any teas, T Plus has introduced the benefits of a vitamin supplement, helping everyone to get the right goodness they need when they need it most.
They are the only tea to deliver you all this in one super little teabag:
- 50% RDA in 9 daily essential vitamins (including B6, B12, folic acid and C)
- Powerful functional herbs like Milk Thistle, Echinacea, Ginseng and Cardamom
- Antioxidant-packed green tea
- Natural fruit flavours
I was kindly gifted the Winter Defence Bundle from T Plus to trial their tea for two weeks to get a better understanding of them. This bundle is packaged to help keep you in the best shape when those cold and dark days draw in. Each is blended with 50% RDA vitamins B6, B12 and C, that will help you to stay on your A game this winter.
The winter defence bundle consists of 2 boxes each of:
t + immunitea – A fortifying blend of green tea, echinacea, ginseng and 50% of your daily vitamin C needs (Adult NRI) to help boost your immune system. All in a natural orange & blueberry flavoured tea.
t + multea – A powerful little blend of green tea, rosemary, cardamom, spearmint, apple and 9 daily essential vitamins to help keep you in tip-top shape. All in a delicious natural lemon & peach flavoured tea.
I loved both of these! It was actually surprising how tasty these were, they definitely didn’t taste horrible like some vitamin teas do. Since receiving this bundle, I have been enjoying a cup of T Plus a day, which has left me feeling a bit better about myself, especially with the horrible weather we’ve had recently.
I am not a massive fan of orange or lemon, but mixing orange with blueberry and lemon with peach, they’ve tasted amazing. With the ingredients, they do turn the tea a funny colour but don’t let this put you off them. As well as the Winter Defence Bundle, I also received t + boost and t + detox which were also both amazing.
I think my favourite from their whole range, would have to be t + detox as the flavour is apple and blackcurrant. This one is recommended as a weekend wellness clean out tea, which is definitely something worth having each week. All four of these teas will definitely help you to kick-start your wellness journey, I definitely feel a lot better after regularly having a cup of T Plus.
Want to get your hands on these? What are you waiting for! You can purchase your favourite on their official website or even in over 900 locations throughout the United Kingdom, from Holland & Barrett to Ocado and Boots. T Plus is a proud supporter of Vitamin Angels in their work to provide vitamins to children and at-risk mums around the world, as they know vitamins can make a big difference.
The T Plus Pledge
T Plus have made a simple pledge to do their bit to help Vitamin Angels in their mission to defeat malnutrition. It costs just $0.25 (around 20p) to provide two doses of vitamin A to one child during their most vulnerable years (6 months – 5 years). For every box sold, T Plus will donate £0.10, therefore, every 2 boxes sold means 1 child is supplied with vitamin A supplements for a year.
I hope you have enjoyed this post! What are your thoughts on T Plus? Have
